Observation

-0165(2)(c): Cords were observed accessible to children in the sleeping room. -0165(3)(f): A box of toys wider than the shelf width and a rocking horse stick were observed placed on top of the shelf, posing a falling hazard. -0165(4)(e): The water temperature in the bathroom sink measured 121.9 degrees Fahrenheit. -0165(4)(f): No safety gate was observed on the stairs located in the yard. Dispute Description: -0165(2)(c): Cords were observed accessible to children in the sleeping room The cord in Question was my phone charger and is only in the room while I am in there, I am in the room any time children are in there because I have an infant in care . The only reason the cord was in there while I was out was because license was here and interrupted nap time. I was standing at the door at all time and could see if any of the children where to wake up. -0165(4)(f): No safety gate was observed on the stairs located in the yard This is the same stairs that were in place when I opened and never told about a gate, I sent in pictures before I had built and was not told to add a gate, .They were in place when I had my visit in December 2023 and was not told anything about a gate not being on it , And I had all the same children enrolled at that time.
